That's why people should keep cats inside. How are they pets if they're always left roaming and in danger? How is that being a good pet parent? Keeping cats outside makes EVERYONE have to have a cat and it doesn't matter if they want one or not and also get mad when things happen to them. I don't agree with cats roaming "because that's their instinct," but dogs are roaming, territorial, and pack animals so why can't dogs be allowed to follow their instincts? Sorry for the rant, just tired of hands off owners getting mad at the public for not "taking care of their cat" they want us to be responsible for too. They're destroying my birds too and that's really frustrating.
