I am doing that for the major Houston shelters, excluding all filters outside of dog. Petfinder doesn't have a lost and found, but the others do. I am checking all adoptable areas, including craiglist. It's odd she hasn't shown up anywhere or been seen by anyone yet. I'm not giving up hope that she will turn up.

Joel Ilisevic best to check websites under lost my dog or adoption , don't put the in, and guess breeds even pitt bull becasue AC officer usually doesn't know breeds well early am and after 7 when done for day inputted all information. Post on SPCA sight for the public not dogs in the system not sure in humane society has a site. Petfinder has a lost and found

Julie Kagel still no sightings. Giant yard sign is out front. Been checking BARC and CAPS in person every few days, as well as multiple times daily on their websites.

Been doing all of the above recommendations. No luck so far. No shelters in this area but will expand search as time passes.

Knock on doors in a wide range. Lots of people don’t use social media. Carry flyers and attach to doorknobs with rubber bands. Check open fields and parks.

⭐️1. Personally go into Animal Control Shelter & Pet Shelters because they don’t upload new intakes right away on websites and some not at all. Desk people don’t know all the dogs they have in kennels. Take receipt of annual vaccinations with you. ⭐️2. Notify microchip registrar of missing. ⭐️3. Post on Craigslist under Community in Pets to prevent anyone from selling there.

Put his bedding and dirty clothes outside and dirtier the better.Even hang it out side they can smell it for miles.put your dirty coat outside and check all the shelters close to you in person every few days Ask your neighbor if you can ck their garage and sheds and gutters.
