This bird definitely has a family. Chatty and sweet. Missing its family. No microchip. Got it checked at VEG. It’s healthy and well cared for.

Good news! The owner has the bird back! It was dropped off at the animal society and I saw this thread so I called the owner and she picked it up today!

If an owner isn’t found I would be happy to foster him/her. I have years of experience with a variety of birds and would take great care of it.

Don't even give the bird to a vet. The bird will know the owner. Good luck to the bird

Has the owner been found? Please make anyone claiming him/her show proof of ownership. I have a parrot and have many pictures and can have the Avian vet verify I own a parrot. Someone will be loooking for it. Until that time, do you need to borrow a cage, toys or food? I would be happy to help out until this baby makes its way back home.
