Message from Finder

This bird definitely has a family. Chatty and sweet. Missing its family. No microchip. Got it checked at VEG. It’s healthy and well cared for.

Consider adopting him and not searching for negligent owner who failed to clip wings. If returned it will repeat, he will escape again, ...and next time the bird may not be so lucky! They cannot survive in the wild. Stupid people fail to clip their wings claiming "birds should fly." Yes wild birds should not be clipped but pet parrots should be.
