I have had a black cat come up on my porch a couple of times in the last few weeks...and it did have some white fur on its chest...as soon as I opened the door it took off...I will keep an eye out for it...

Felix Kulnis while in Palmyra I rescued more than 40 strays through the years working with habitat for cats and the humane societies within the tri County area...I still have my trap and do have bins that can be turned into shelters but I don't know the rules in this park. And I've grown old and in so so health. Feral colony is something that is manageable with other volunteers - the goal is trap and take to shelter where they have chance to be reunited with family, adoption, or trap and return after being spayed. Or put down if carrier of feline HIV. Cats can be very destructive if unchecked. After the dust has settled here i will do my best to help.

Kathryn Cambier Pitts MacDuff we have taken in the maximum number of cats and kittens we’re allowed to but we leave the others food and water on our porch

Sadly no though this cat eerily resembles my beloved pet. I contacted the young lady but she confirmed she's been taking care of it since June...Louis has been missing since 8/15
