Hey, I was just scrolling Pawboost. There is a kitty that has been roaming our Neighborhood for about a month or more. It is very skittish, but did act like it wanted to come inside....but I have a bird that flies around, so not good. I live north of LBJ and west of 75, so it is not likely bc it is so far away. but, the markings are very similar. It won't let me touch it to see what gender. I have been feeding it several times a day and made it a warm bed with a heater even. The picture is posted in pawboost. I hope you find your precious kitty. Let me know if you want any more info.

Sorry to hear he is lost Make sure to post on the Nextdoor app too. Check all storm drains, sheds, garages and under decks. Hopefully neighbors can help you look. Some people have good luck with putting out a cat trap…put wet food inside and door shuts when cat walks in. Try putting YOUR blanket outside for scent. Hope u find him asap💕 I’ve seen a lot of posts for cats are gone for 30 days and they just show up 🥰

Put out some of YOUR dirty clothes (dirty socks are nice and stinky)/blankets (dry in dryer first to enhance smell). because of the weather, you might want to put out a plastic tub with the blankets for shelter. Go out every morning and evening walking (folks seem successful around 10:30 p.m., but don't go alone) with food/treats in bowl rattling it, calling your cats name. Do NOT give up. There was a cat a week or so ago, they went out every night for 5 nights, finally on the 5th night, they heard it's meow, it was trapped in a neigbors shed. Another was hiding in a tree from the neighbor's dogs. Check buildings, bushes, trees, and storm drains around your house. Also in the house/garage, keep all doors/closets open in case it's hiding in the house. Put neon Lost Cats signs all over your neighborhood, give to vets, and the shelter. Also have magnets made of your lost cat sign and stick on your car. Contact the chip company if chipped. Post to Lost Cats facebook page, petfbi, and nextdoor
