A window screen came out during the storm and he got out sometime over night. Luis is extremely friendly and will likely roll around to get pet if you see him! Please let us know 🐾❤️‍🩹🐾

Thanks so much Jasmine, I’m helping look for Luis, my daughter’s cat. We’re trying everything we can to try to locate him so all suggestions are welcome. It gives us hope to know that your cat came home! 😺🌝

We have looked all day and clocked 18 kms walking around the neighborhood and talking to neighbours with no luck. We will be calling vet clinics tomorrow and getting posters up if he doesn’t come home. Thanks to anyone who is keeping an extra eye out for this friendly guy 🐾

Rent or borrow a humane trap. The SPCA and other animal shelters rent them out for $100. When you return the trap you get your $100 back. Place the trap near where the cat escaped. Put some of the cat's favorite food and treats inside of the trap along with an article of your clothing with your scent on it. This method worked for me on two different occasions. If you trap the wrong cat or some other animal, put a blanket over the trap leaving the door exposed. Stand behind the trap and release the animal. Reset the trap. Time is of the essence so do this asap. Good luck and God bless.

Look under everything, decks, sheds, stairs and bushes. Leave his blanket or worn clothing outside. Talk to neighbors, check security cameras, and put up big bright posters. Call, especially at night with a flashlight to see eyes.

I know this is not ideal, but if you can, leave your door open a little bit and put out your worn clothing and some food. We did this and our cat came home in the middle of the night after missing for 3 days.
