i heard a cat crying outside and looked around my yard for a while. i finally figured out after crawling under my neighbors car in the wheel well was a white short hair cat with green eyes. unfortunately they won't come out and seems scared. clearly not a stray. unfortunately my neighbor isn't here. i put out food and water. i also put a note on their windshield. i have contacted rescuers and will be calling shelters tomorrow when they open
