Oh wow. Ok so I looked at the location map of the 7-11 you found her. Not being mean because some of the area is nice however some right around that area is not so much. Not saying who takes better care of animals ive seen very abusive or poor no care given by all kinds of people in all kinds of areas, income etc. Also seen the most loving care to animals from, again , all areas, income, etc. Basically what I'm saying is...there have been known issues at several apps right around there and some of the area. Calls were made for wellness checks at arts white and teal color high rise and next to it. Just know. So please please be very careful about even telling anyone anything. Make THEM tell you details specific details on color markings and if have a carrier to safely / securely take her to a good vet that can chip scan her they should not charge for that. Then you can decide to contact and decide on how and why someone had this angel and now don't. Irresponsible people that " lose" animals because they let them out. Or aren't paying attention etc.. Im not one to play with animals lives. They must be protected at any cost. I've found probably 20 or more , several recently that were LOST. I adopted every one but 6 and they got back home safely because 1. I was paying attention in the first place and not just thinking oh another cat or dog stray etc. NO 2. I did help them and took time to access their condition physically and emotionally then scanned and or looked for efforts by posters flyers etc by the person missing their animals. 3. Then honestly speaking in depth on how and why an animal they are supposed to be guardian caregiver and family to got lost or taken and how. I do decide. And if it is in an animals best interest after all those things they go home..then they will. 8f they actually have a loving home and were not let out on purpose or by Irresponsible actions not paying attention doors open children letting them out gates open visitors etc...all excuses. Very few reason why something could happen that was unavoidable like burglary break in etc that their animals were stolen or let out. This I sadly know also criminals by breaking in and letting animals out. Or taking them. But otherwise.. animals can not survive on Irresponsible excuses. And bad people who want animals to use for bait / dog fighting , abusing etc look for animals everywhere and are good at lies. So... please... she is on your hands. Look in her beautiful eyes and heart and promise her you will protect her. No one who truly loves their cat or other would mind questions...undisputeable proof of guardianship and more...how and why.. The reason ?? Or excuse ?? Prayers and love ❤️

THANK YOU FOR CARING AND PAYING ATTENTION.. bless their heart...outside to begin with and abandoned no less.. seriously..what awful thing it would have been if you had not paid attention and helped. Beautiful baby.. rest easy sweetheart you're safe inside where ALL cats belong and as with all animals I pray for you in every way with love ❤️
