Becky Hutcherson it wasn’t microchipped. I took it to SPCA and they turned us away because they were full. Went to the next local shelter. They turned us away because we weren’t county, we’re city, which was ridiculous. held onto him, was gonna keep him overnight, then bring him to city to check database and see if any reported missing fit the description. I cross checked with paw boost, couldn’t find anything. It was tied to a homeless person we believe. I’m drove around looking for him again, but to no avail.
