Likely hiding close by or up a tree within 5 or 6 houses away. Ask neighbours to check sheds, garages and under decks and bushes. Go out with flashlight when quiet and dark. Get posters up asap using zip lock bags. Leave soiled article of your clothing outside to draw home. Leave door open a few inches and kitty may walk inside typically between 2 and 4 am. Motion lights and security cameras are really helpful. Make sure your microchip information is up to date or it will be useless. Good luck!

Tuna is a boy, 1 year and 3 months old. He has no collar or tags and hasn’t been neutered. He’s a 100% indoor cat and we never let him outside. I was cooking this morning and opened the backyard door. He may have used his paws to open the screen door, he has done it before, but we always caught him and brought him back inside. This time, we didn’t notice and he got out. He has never left home before, so this is his first time outside, and we’re very worried about him. 😢
