He walks a little differently cause he had a hernia repaired, which still has a lump on his stomach. He is chipped but not sure if it's registered to me or the Asheville humane Society. I am going to call tomorrow to see. I have the chip information from the Humane society. He has a very quiet meow so he is not very vocal. Please call or text Thank you
