Mel Robin LOL You're a R E TARD.... In North Carolina, buying stolen property is prosecuted as "Receiving Stolen Goods" (G.S. 14-71) or "Possessing Stolen Goods" (G.S. 14-71.1). If you knowingly purchase or keep stolen items, you will be penalized under the same guidelines as the person who stole them.

Geraldine Sotelo Proof he thought the dog was stolen hense why he looked for a missing stolen ad. Go after him and have him charged. Under NC law he just admitted he bought stolen property and knew.
