Charnice Monroe The person that stole dog is also able to be charged but possession if stolen property, buying stolen property is also ILLEGAL. Also the person would have to prove they bought the dog....I doubt the "homeless person" took anything but cash. It would be on them to prove they purchased the dog.... Personally I'd make sure the police knew who had possession of the dog and puppies and charge them.

Sue Law i dont steal i got my own dogs and always helping to help others with their dogs your just mad because I said theu need to find the right person who stole their dogs. Because both parties are out of a family and money. And okay you fake page and the police. GREAT NIGHT TO YOU
