Message from Finder

This is a gentle, sweet dog who has obviously been in a family. I would love to get him back to his owner and do not want to put him in a rescue shelter.

🚨‼️‼️🚨Please help me. I am trying to find a way to get my dog Milo, back. We have called the numbers, sent messages, and sent emails, but no one wants to offer a solution. Please tell me what to do and where I can go to file a report for theft, since the person who found him claims she never actually had him—saying she only took a photo of him on the street—even though she clearly states in the publication that she has the dog in her possession..
