Black cat with 2 collars. One might be an old faded red collar and the other looks like a flea collar. No tags. The mark on their nose might be dirt.
Message from Finder
I can not take in this cat to hold on to but I am leaving food out for them. They can eat with the cat colony on my block. I can not drive them anywhere.
