tortoiseshell, around 12 lbs, white sock on left back foot

My normally serene tortoiseshell domestic shorthair was taken out in harness due to pest control activity in the building - she hates leaving home. She was spooked by someone being careless and slipped her harness. Last seen inside a first floor balcony in our building, but I was unable to get her to come out. She's sweet but yelly. please contain her if possible and reach out to me and i will come get her immediately.
