Message from Owner

I live in Willow Creek apmts on 7575 Office City Dr, Houston, TX, 77012 and I really need y’all’s help! My cat was unexpectedly let out and went missing in the night on August 12, 2026. I found her AirTag collar snapped off right next to our apmt and I’ve been worried and distraught ever since. I’m just scared of what could have possibly caused her AirTag collar to snap off. I’ve posted flyers and let as many of my neighbors know about her. I’ve been walking around the apmts but with no sight of her yet. Please, if you see her wandering around, please please please text or call me on Please help me bring her back home.

I recommend you look in close neighbours outbuildings we found ours in backyard neighbor RV- they had looked but he hid we found him 3 days later he was fine but I hate to think if we hadn’t. Just have a flyer with you and kindly ask to have a quick look so you can call out to him as cats frequently hide when frightened. I hope kitty is home 🔜 🙏

Also try playing cats or kittens meowing on YouTube outside in your yard or in a window of your home. Check with neighbors as she may have been accidentally locked in a garage or shed.

Try putting something outside with your scent on it, worn socks seem to work best. If you have a garage put a bowl of food in there and leave the door open enough for her to get in. Although I am sure you have already done this, start searching immediately and keep looking. Look in bushes, under cars, and anywhere she can crawl into, they tend to stay close to home. Take a can of food with you and call her name or use whatever sound gets her to come to you. Search early morning, evenings with a flashlight, and late at night. Praying for her safe return home 🙏

Cats dont wander far but they hide, get disoriented and dont respond to calls. place fliers on porches up and down block. talk to neighbors. post signs. I found my cat after 6 wks bc a neighbor 5 doors away called me when she spotted my cat in her front bushes where I had stood and called my cat dozens of times. The neighbor had kept the flier. Call for them when it's quiet.
