Message from Owner

We adopted this little guy just a couple of days ago, and he slipped out the door Tuesday morning. His name is Jax. He’s very shy and may not approach people, but I was able to get a few better pictures to share. Jax was previously a stray, so his left ear is clipped to show that he has been neutered. He’s about 2 years old, up to date on all his shots, quite tall, and a little skinny. We’ve left food and water outside, but we also just moved into the neighborhood, so I’m not sure he knows how to find his way back yet. Thank you so much for keeping an eye out!

This lil guy is still missing. I’m not sure if he’s being stubborn or truly lost. And yes, we’ve done all the things; leaving food out in several places, tried a have a heart & caught an opossum. We go out and look before sunrise. I think he’s stayed close as a neighbor saw him a couple days ago on their driveway camera. so here’s a better pic. Any sightings in Cypress Trace neighborhood, please reach out. 🫶

Becky Blasch not Jax. He doesn’t have white on his nose. Our neighbor caught him on camera last night. So he’s close! I appreciate everyone on the lookout. 🫶

Cook chicken on the grill. Put catnip outside. Play YouTube videos of kittens crying and shine a laser cat toy around the bushes.

Escaped cats often hide close to home but may be too scared to come when called. Be sure to check all possible hiding spots around the outside of your home. If you go out after dark, you can use a flashlight to check for kitty eyeshine. Also, post on Nextdoor. Good luck! 🍀
