Unfortunately, we weren’t able to find this sweet old girl’s owner💔 I ended up taking her to the Burlington Animal Services shelter, and I’m just praying that somehow her family finds her and gets her home. I feel such an animal lover guilt leaving her there. I know she’s safe, but “doggy jail” just feels awful😭 especially for an old scared dog that can’t see well or hear well. She slept in my little girls room last night and didn’t move all night. I wish I could take every animal into my home and fix everything, but I can’t because of our other animals. But I also don’t have the emotional capacity to take another animal to the animal shelter 🥺 If you were one of the people who helped share her or looked for her owner, thank you so much. ❤️ Please keep sharing and keep hoping with me that her family finds her. She deserves to be back home. 🐾
