I'm sorry but how the heck does this even happen especially in this damn weather? I hope the owner is out there searching the streets all night long if need be This is more than heartbreaking in this should not have happened. Please call the PD and all surrounding towns as well I'm praying somebody picked up this poor baby Now please get out there and keep looking all night long if need be.
