UPDATE!! She is microchipped, her name is Stella and she’s 2. The original owner was contacted. She “rehomed her and lost contact with the new owner.” I feel very confident she was dumped in my neighborhood as the original owner has a past of “rehoming” dogs. Still in need of a new foster to take her, but she will remain in my care until MACC can get her or other foster can be arranged.
