FOR INDOOR CATS: Between the hours of 11pm-2am walk around your block calling his name and shaking his favorite treat bag. Make sure to take a carrier with you as he will be scared. Contact homes around your block that have SHEDS or GARAGES. Kitties will seek dark places to hide and could get locked in. It’s extremely hot, and neighbors may not open their shed/garage daily/weekly trapping kitty with no food or water-a tragic death.

post cross streets. post to next door. file lost reports with lost.petcolove.org and humane society. get flyers up. most indoor cats typically don't travel far. search early morning and evening with a flashlight to reflect their eyes. put some kibble or treats in a bag and walk around shaking and calling. could be hiding under somebody's car a Bush a shed.
