Husky, no collar.
Message from Finder
This dog seemed friendly, but tentative. Ate a little cat kibble I put out for a feral cat. Came up to me several times it was tentative. Had no collar. Looked like it was well cared for, but definitely seemed like it was confused and probably lost. Was unable to catch it before it took off. Last scene heading east on E. 10th St. towards fifth Avenue. This is right across from the Laney College football field area.
