Make sure you’re checking all local animal shelters, animal controls, Humane Society within your area at least every other day. Put flyers up within a 3 to 5 mile radius of where you lost your dog. Make sure they’re in Ziploc baggies to protect them from the weather. But all your neighbors know and neighbors and surrounding neighborhoods as well. Post on all social websites.

Call the applicable shelters daily and post fliers as they're very successful in finding lost pets.
