When a dog goes missing out here. Good chance a coyote will get it. My neighbor lost his dog and founded the next day killed by a coyote. I bought a dog from Russia and a Coyote, got it eight yrs ago And a coyote also got my mother n laws dog,

Okay, it's good news that the owner is getting her dog back. If she has pictures, that's plenty of proof . If a dog disappears for that long, he's going to look rough. I'm sure she's going to take good care of him. She's wanting her dog and her family noticed and wants the dog so let's not be so hard on people that want thier missing dogs, there's plenty out there that people don't want!
