Ramos Christina if they get fleas on the streets, which is likely, they can do a whole lot of tangling that leads to matting when it gets damp. I rescued a YorkiePoo during the pandemic, and she went from beautiful full coat to having to be shaved due to matting. I used to be a groomer also, if the undercoat is removed on a Pom it can tangle and mat easily.

Faith Morgann make sure to also have your vet records along with your pictures to show the finder. Was you lost dog posted to lost and found sites on FB when he went missing and/or reported to the animal shelter as missing?

Nyla Sargent this little dog has very obviously been neglected for a very long time which is definitely a form of animal abuse. If these people get him back, they need to take him to a very good Vet but do you really think that they will do this? They didn't take care of him up until now, do you really think that they will take care of him when or if they get him back.

pups are lost and scared. They run bushes and hide under the houses and places when they’re scared they can get tangled up like that. I’ve been a groomer. Also I’m a hairdresser and I’ve also groomed dogs and friends of mine. Their dog got out for just one day and got in some fields where there was stickers burrs . It was a hard time to get them out. I hope the baby gets home to who it belongs to because I’m sure that they probably love it and it’s gotten in bad shape and so hot too.❤️🥰❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏
