He’s definitely not feral. Perhaps a stray or maybe dumped. Thank you for showing him kindness and assuming vet care. It might take a bit, but I bet you can find rescue placement for him. You can find a list of rescues here: https://stlfco.org/rescue/

Tara Berger lol I’m not an expert but he appears to be unaltered and that’s why I wasn’t surprised he wasn’t chipped. I just find it hard to believe, with how sweet he is, that he is feral. Even though I really can’t keep him I will be taking care of him until someone claims him or I find a good home. He is scheduled next week for vaccines and then 2 weeks after he will be neutered.
