Pigeon with tag on both legs
Message from Finder
Not afraid of people. Definitely someone's pet, or homing pigeon. Has a yellow band on right leg, red band on the left. Can't get close enough to read the bands and don't want to hurt him or scare him off. Have fed him bird food and water as he was very thirsty and hungry. Thought he would fly off after resting but is still hanging around.
