Monica Perry I have not seen him. The resident that posted that picture saw him 2 days in Cascade apartments on Center st. As noted in the screenshot and my comment. There is a small alley in the back of that complex but it doesn't lead to any streets. Unfortunately I have had no luck

Monica Perry I searched the complex this morning, unfortunately didn't see him anywhere. Last night I left food and water in case he returned to the alley. No one has seen him.
