This senior chihuahua was found near Shadowdale and north fallen bough dr. Location that scanned for microchip stated dog looks familiar however not microchipped so unable to confirm owner. We did not want the owner to get a citation for a dog running without a leash and I was afraid for the dog as it was raining and is small in subdivision in which many do not obey the traffic laws. Dog had no leash, collar, or microchip and was extremely thirsty and hungry.
