LOST PET: YELLOW & ORANGE LOVEBIRD (Near Plamondon Metro) Name: Mango Species: Lovebird Appearance: Small size, bright yellow and orange feathers Date & Time Lost: Today (Saturday, Aug 8), between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM Location: Near Metro Plamondon Mango got out of his cage today while we were away. He is small and likely scared, potentially hiding in nearby trees, yards, or on balconies around the neighborhood. If you live in the area, please keep an eye out and check your balconies or trees. Please put his cage outside on the balcony with the door open and his favorite food and water in it. Towards early sunset or sunrise, go outside and call out his name for several minutes. Put out posters with his picture and info around the neighborhood and in pet food stores. Call the veterinarian in your area and bring some posters to them. Sometimes people bring birds there to see if they are healthy. Call the city and find out where they bring strays they find. Contact Perroquet Secours. Go in PERSON to the SPCA and Berger Blanc. Also look on their website. Calling them IS NOT enough you have to go in PERSON and often. Check the posts on Pawboost as well. People post animals they have found. Hope this helps. Hope he comes home soon.
