Message from Finder
This girl definitely belonged to someone. She has been scammed for a chip and nothing was found. She is super sweet with some general training and understanding of people. Other than being a little dirty she seems to be in good condition. No flees, ticks or obvious signs of worms which is pretty unlikely in a long term stray.
