Message from Owner

Spirit is my {almost 2 year old), husky. He is very friendly, delights in people, kids, actually anybody, but right now he has been missing since October 22, 2024. Probably scared and hungry. Always stayed in the yard with me with his "control" collar on, but never without me. High prey instinct and took after a deer and that's the last I saw of him. My best friend.

Marlene Bardon Nice Thanks Marlene, I've done all that and more the first 6 months after he want missing, including 2 drone searches, dog tracker that worked with me all those months, half page ads and drove every day talking to people who might have seen him. Actually the last place he was actually sited was in Mantua on Mennonite road. Two people positively saw him and after that he just disappeared. I believe someone has him, he was very friendly, professionally trained, just recently neutered and has a micro chip. He was a a year and half when he left chasing a deer, he just turned 3. He has two identifiable marks, a purple tattoo where he was neutered and a slight tear on his left ear. I still look for him but it's out of my hands. Thanks for your interest. Pat

Hang some of your unwashed clothes out so the dog can pick up your scent. If you haven’t already, call police depts. in your area, county and local shelters, vets, with a description of your dog. Some PDs are very helpful about taking info on lost/found pets. Make up large, easily read flyers and post them in your neighborhood. Post a lost ad on nextdoor.com. Visit the local shelters or humane society every couple of days IN PERSON, don't just call. They have so many dogs that it’s easy to overlook one. Good luck!
