Okay....I did receive a reply from PawBoost stating that they are passing the email along to the person who posted about this pet. I'm anxious, and I want him to be Pepper, but I can't be 100% sure by the picture.

Someone has made a comment and sent a photo of what may be Pepper. The person stated that this cat started coming around 2 weeks ago around East Linden and West Avalon. That is close to me, but I'm not sure how to contact this person on Pawboost Alert. There is not phone number, but it did have a link where I think you can copy and paste to an email. Anyway....I did it, but if you are more familiar with Pawboost, can you give me some advice on how to contact the finder?

Look at night with a flashlight while calling his name. Look especially under bushes and in neighbors yards garages and sheds. Look up in trees, Leave something outside with his scent on it like his bedding. Leave something outside with your scent on it like an unwashed piece of clothing. Leave out smelly cat food. Hang signs with his photo. Call and visit local shelters and veterinary offices. Good luck!🍀
