Please help me find the owners, he is suffering in the streets and it seems that he has been lost for a long time because he looks very malnourished, I put him food and water but every time that I try to approached, he just keep going away a lot! Yes and this finder who posted this post asking for help but not providing the exact location and not checking back on the post. They should not be let off the hook for that. Thank you for offering to help but this person is obviously not very concerned about letting us get help for this poor animal. I would go get the dog right now if I knew where it was!😡
