I would stay in touch with all vets and shelters and rescues. If chipped you will have more success. But either way continue to contact the above and ask them to please check when someone brings in a cat fitting this description. If the cat was found or adopted from a shelter or rescued the intake records may state this and they may not have scanned for a chip. I strongly encourage every owner to chip their pets!!
