John Cottingham I did the same thing with our cat Tiger. I had taken the kids to school. On the way home, I saw Tiger in the middle of the street dead. I pulled over and got Tiger. I didn't know how I was going to tell the kids. I didn't want them to see the condition he was in after being hit by a vehicle, so I went ahead and buried him. We had his funeral when Emily and Dudley got home from school. I had cried all day.Now we all was crying. Long story short, about disk dark, Tiger was meowing at the front door, we were all so happy. Someone's precious cat had a funeral and a family that grieved over. We never found out his owner. Sure praying Joshua comes home. ✝️🙏✝️🙏✝️
