Does he have a collar I know were a lot of them hang. Me and my neighbor feed lost cats maybe he we get with them if he does I’ll come back to this post. I pray he is safe

Hey, can you post a good picture so that I can see him/her. He got away off State Street, but he can be anywhere. My Joshua is a total house cat. It wouldn’t be hard for someone to get him if he is being fed and cats also travel by getting under car hoods. So, if possible, can you post a good picture.
