There was a man who feeds stray cats around the back of Home Depot. I met him at Olive Garden parking lot because he feeds a couple of them there instead. He said there is a dog owner in the neighborhood behind HD who lets his dogs run off leash in the late afternoon and they chase the cats. So if the cats are avoiding the dogs, they meet the gentleman at OG, in front, in the grassy area. Some of them were friendly, although feral. He has been doing this for a long time. Please check around that area. I hope you find your baby.

I saw a cat that looked so much like this one yesterday at Pet Smart in Flowood. May be worth checking into. It was in a cage for adoption.
