Few weeks old, black with white paws and a white ring around neck and white tipped tail. Very friendly. Not skinny and hadn't been outside long.

Found this adorable puppy this morning. So loving and friendly. Showing signs as if it did have a . Some where somebody is missing this beautiful dog. Let's get it back to its owner. If it were my puppy, I know my kids would be sick with worry and so would I. Please help!
