Meeker has been with our family for over 12 years. She sleeps with me or the kids every night, and has never gone missing before now. She's very friendly if you're calm, but may run if approached quickly. Please call if you find her.

Get out calling Kitty's name especially early and late when it's quiet. Search high and low with a flashlight. Put posters with number large enough to be seen while driving. And post on next door

If Meeker is normally an INSIDE cat... then she is definitely scared and hiding and you will need to go out at NIGHT with a flashlight and look for her “glowing” eyes. She is VERY CLOSE to your house… most likely in YOUR OWN YARD. They usually find a hiding spot very quickly and very close to where they escaped. Look up in the trees and check under everything in YOUR YARD first… under decks, under sheds, inside bushes, wood piles and storm drains. Then check your neighbors yards. They are very good at hiding. THE BEST TIME TO FIND HER IS AT NIGHT WITH A FLASHLIGHT AND HER EYES WILL “GLOW” BACK AT YOU. Meeker is so scared, she will NOT respond to you calling her, so you'll have to use your eyes instead of your ears to find her. When cats are suddenly outside, they go into "survival mode" and their entire personality changes. They will NOT wander. They find a hiding spot very close by and are very scared and will not come out for anyone... even their owners. I hope you find your fur-baby very soon!
