Hi, Bowser is 12 yrs old, and when I got him, I also got his brother from the same litter, not to separate them. They have grown together all these years. Bowser is ill, he has a tumour in his abdomen and I was struggling with the decision of putting him down, when this happened. He just walked away- which he has b ever done, all these years, and is a completely new behaviour. He also has not had any food in the past week due to his illness, and I think knows that he is going to die. Has refused food completely and was just drinking water, and I didn’t expect him to walk away into the woods behind, and we are still searching for him.
