I am the oldest daughter of the family who lost this cat. I’ve already had two cats pass away from natural causes. When I lost my two cats I went into a dark room and wasn’t sure if I could really get out that was until we got Biscuit. She was like the candle in the dark scary room, allowing me to see the door out. She made my life so much better and made me feel whole again. When I felt upset or stressed she always laid on my chest, she’d come when I called her and lay with me. She didn’t make just my life happier but also my families and even one of my dogs lives better. It’s so nice having her lay with you, not doing anything. She’s just there. An anchor of sorts. My family has a small beagle. As soon as Biscuit met her they became great friends. They would play with each other, lay with each other, and sometimes eat with each other. We have 2 other dogs, one of those being a very smart Rottweiler who can open doors. My mom let the dogs out while I was at school and went off to do something for work (at home) quickly. Our Rottweiler opened the back door and Biscuit snuck out. We waited a few hours to see if she would come. We saw her on our ring doorbell at 9:50 pm then again at 12:45 am. After that we haven’t seen her since. Ever since she went missing I am unable to focus on any of my school work which is a huge issue. I am in 2 ap classes and an honors class that require my full attention when I’m there. I am also unable to sleep, everytime I try I just feel worry shoot for my body. I wait outside for her with the small hope she’ll return. It takes me a very long time to fall asleep when I do try. I have to force myself to hope for the best, that she’s warm and safe. she is also unspayed. I understand when female cats are in heat they’ll travel further from home, I’m worried she has gone into heat and traveled so far that she doesn’t know how to get home.
