Honestly, there's a lot of careless cat owners. They open the doors and don't pay attention, or think they have an indoor/, outdoor cat in a valley where we have native coyotes and mountain lions. Pay attention and chip your fur babies. Everyday I see so many sad posts like this one and countless missing cats. 🙏🏻

Papi Vegas I am sorry about your missing cat. However, I work alongside the local cat rescue community, have grown up with and had cats my entire life and I explained the basics of this post pretty clearly. An owner obviously needs to be notified because this cat may not be microchipped and may not have their contact information on a tag on the collar, so social media is unfortunately the best way and again this is not a graphic photo of the entire cat deceased, it is a cropped photo of the collar area that shows the fur color and pattern also, that’s it, nothing gruesome. Furthermore, my profile is set to private, so that’s why you’re only seeing three posts that are allowed to be public, it’s really not rocket science. So again, scroll along if you don’t like it, the person that posted this is trying to inform whoever the owner is of this cat, which is being courteous.🙄

Nikole Houston I'm 64 years old and I've had animals my whole life Never Have I Lost One you know it's coming to my belief that most people aren't even capable of raising their children right much less owning animals which is why our society is going to because people don't know how to raise their kids too concerned with being their friends instead of their parent

Lisa Madden Lisa, if you asked for something that disturbs you to stop and it continues would you like it? I have a cat that's missing so I'm on this page. It bothers me when people show dead animals, the cat in question is someone's pet and it's obviously dead. I just looked at your page which shows only 3 postings with one being 9/11. You obviously have some type of compassion but not enough for someone who asks not to show an owner of a loved pet who's missing. I miss my cat greatly every day as I raised him from a kitten. If someone posted a photo of his dead, it would be devastating to me, an image that would never go away. I'm sure if I posted a photo of someone that's close to you in a deceased state you would be bothered. So go roll your eyes somewhere else.

Cynthia Benavidez I do too. Just like I hate seeing this. A cat belongs inside or on a leash or carrier. I know had cats 3 of them in over 30 years and wouldn’t let my cats outside to stroll

Can someone share this to Next Door , seems like a cat that was missing, the collar looks familiar. I got tired of seeing people trying to dump cats all day long or post dead cats so I removed the app. 😭

Papi Vegas if they hadn’t stated that it was deceased because it’s not a gory picture of the entire cat, it shows the collar for identification, you wouldn’t even know so stop. Scroll on!🙄
