I have had her in my possesion since 7/28. I am 70 yrs old with health issues. I've tried everything to try and reunite her with her owner. It's become obvious no one is looking for her. I am desperately looking to rehome her. I cannot keep her. I already have three rescues.can anyone give her a loving home?
