Ask neighbors to check property, he may have gone in somewhere and got locked in accidentally. Check at dawn and dusk, they tend to hide and come out at those times. Check animal care centers on 110th between 1st and 2nd in Harlem, and make a lost pets report with them. Check daily. There is one of Fordham Road too, Harlem is the main location. Check both and all locations. Hang flyers. Google and search social media for local rescues, not all have a facility and use those outlets. Ask around if anyone feeds strays, he may show up looking for food. Keep check around your area, they really do tend to hide and stay close by. Good luck.

First put out a big bowl of water IMMEDIATELY. Then, did you try the kitty litter trick? Take some litter from their box and sprinkle outside leading to your door then call them constantly especially at dawn and dusk and when it's quiet. Kitty will follow its scent and your voice home. It's no doubt scared and hiding. You can also try a stinky can of sardines! Or if kitty is a cuddler, try putting an article of your clothing by your door. Also check area garages, under car hoods, shelters, Nextdoor and Pawboost for found kitties in and near your zip. Don’t give up. And post flyers around your neighborhood. Good luck! And please keep your kitty inside if you let it out!! Between coyotes, diseases, bad actors and cars, there are so many ways harm can come to them. Finally, if your kitty isn’t fixed, please spay/neuter!
