Has a pink and white collar with a metal heart hanging on it. Very nice dog was thirsty and begging at the school. They were closingfor the day. We alerted animale control and they said if there tomarrow they would pick up. She is safe feed and watered waiting on her owner here at my hse. Please call me soon as possible as I cannot keep her long. Johnny Im behind the Police station parking lot Down Town HS
