Small, gray cat with faint stripes. No white markings. She's severely underweight and has a torn ear.

This kitty has been hanging out by my hse since 9/7/26. She's extremely underweight and has worms, so I brought her to the vet on 9/10. She has a microchip but it was never registered. They believe she MIGHT be 10+ years old. She is currently being fed and dewormed. Please help me find this sweet girl's home!
