Someone shared this with the owner the other day and they said it wasn’t their dog. I would encourage them to go see the doggy, and not rely only on pictures. Pictures can be deceiving

Typical fackd up owners who should not be allowed to have any pets at all. Having a dog is a big responsibility. It's like having a two-year-old toddler if you cannot take care of them as such do them a big favor don't have any and stop putting them through this living .
